I am currently using the 000webhost.com Free Hosting service for my personal Website.

My questions are basically regarding items if I upgrade to Premium Hosting:

1. If I upgrade to the Premium Hosting service which indicates a $4.95
monthly charge (I assume this is in US $?) Is this correct?
How is it billed?

2. Is there a fixed term or various terms or is it on a month to month basis?
What are the Terms of the agreement including cancellatio etc.

3. I use Outlook Express on my computer - Does your pop3 accounts support
this?

4. I also use Windows Live Messenger and MSN Hotmail - Are these available
through your service?

5. Do I get a free Domain name and how do I apply for it?

6. I currently use Bell Canada Sympatico.ca service and I can acces their
Service either through High Speed (Wireless etc) and or Dial-up.
Do you have a toll-free dial-up telephone number which I can use as
I am located in Ontario Canada.

Any other information that would assist me in making my decision would
be greatly appreciated.

Yes the payment is in USD, there service does not include hotmail and msn instant messanger access but you can simply get it by going here, after you signup you just need to change the MX record in your cpanel and it works within a day or so. They don't offer a free domain but you can register one at GoDaddy there having a sale and you can get a domain for even $2.00. Also I belive the terms are the same.
