I want to host a phpbb board plus an image hosting script[for the members]
Is it allowed? And when I send a mail to all my members, Thats mass mailing, Isnt it? Is that allowed? I wanna get paid hosting so I need to get these things conformed.

mass mailings are 20 per min, any more and your account can be cancelled ( I think )

I believe that the paid hosting do not have these limits ( I think )

The image hosting script is allowed if you upgrade, the mail limit is 20 per minute, otherwise you get suspended and request to have the suspension lifted, and the paid hosting does not have any limits on it.

Im sure that free host not allowed things you said because it will be overload and down some webpage host on same server, but paid hosting is allowed

phpbb is allowed lol you are just not allowed to send mass mailing from an email account hosted on this server if it is yahoo or hotmail or something not hosted on this server then it is ok to mass mail

no it's not because my friend Kino sent a mass mail with his yahoo as the e-mail from his site hosted on 000webhost and his account got suspended.

You would have to do it completely off the 000webhost servers not using phpbb, etc.

I think its allowed on paid hosting, but mass mailing is always something to be careful with.
