Both, Forum and Helpdesk, do not seem to help us....! What should I do? Even if post some serious problem here, admin delete the threads, what is this?

We only delete threads that have been covered in the FAQ or answered many times on the forums.

In forum you say we should submit a ticket to help desk for account problems but they are not replying and you cannot help, now tll me what I do?

They are the only ones that have the ability to help with account specific issues.
