No one browser can execute .exe files on our servers. However, we do not allow direct .exe access for some more reasons.

What do you mean, they're blocked on all 000webhost servers? Did you upgrade or something?

No one with a good common sense would download an .exe file... I would recommend you to compress them in ZIP or RAR. This is also for your site user's security, as they can see the content before running it.

And do you know that for example Firefox Setup is an exe file, not zip? So all people who use Firefox have no good common sense?

There is such a program called Inno Setup. It's designed to create installations. So the output of Inno Setup is an exe file which is already compressed and zipping it will only increase its size.
