I'm sorry, 000WebHost, but I won't be continuing to host my site here. I have deleted my accounts.

Your features are great, but the reliability of FTP, databases, and HTTP seems to have something against me, so I'm moving elsewhere.

For those who have had better experiences with 000WebHost, I hope you continue to do so. To those who have provided these better experiences, thank you, 000WebHost, and I hope you continue to provide the excellent services you provide to them.

Well as far I can track lupus6x9 was located on server9, which had DDOS attack few days after he signup. Also this server had MySQL problems which was also permanently fixed once I back from holidays (the server was still fully operating and was not down).

Anyway, yes, we are still far away from perfect, but we at least follow our 99% uptime guarantee which allows us to be completely down for 7+ hours per month (ddos doesn't count)
And do not forget that we are only 6 months in free web hosting business, and we need to collect a little bit more experience in order to provide the perfect web hosting. We are improving every day and learning from past mistakes.

Thanks for giving us a try lupus6x9, hope you will find a better provider.

I was playing around with FreeWebs also and then it actually occured to me that it is like a little baby compared to these big players.. IE 000webhost...

This site is pwnage and the only thing I don't like about it is these dam cron jobs part in cPanel... my monitor will take a bashing if I can't get them sorted

When I hear people complaining about something they got for free like it's gotta be perfect or something, one thought comes to my mind...

"What do you want for nothing?"

If it works for you, that's great. Say "Thank you". But if it doesn't, just say "Thank you" and move on. If you don't get what you paid for, that's when you should complain. Not when something given to you for free doesn't meet your standards.

And that's my opinion. Since I gave it to you for free, if you don't like it that's too bad. Because you don't get refunds on freebies.

Yea, I started like everyone else, freewebs, tripod.
Then I moved on to http://www.cafe150.com back in 2006 when they had 50 MB space. And more features.
I then used googlepages for a while, because of bigger space, but it had almost no features.
Then I discovered you. Thanks again!!
