Hi, I'd never received any emails of the said for both of my websites which were still under development earlier. Well, 1 website did offer me a button of Protection as I logged in but another was blown away without notice. Why not make all these rules or terms published under the FAQ or TOS so as to avoid unwanted arguments later? Anyway, just my 2 cents, transparency is always preferred, tks

I apologize for any inconveniences caused. Sure we will consider adding this to our TOS.

2. We put a banner on your website that gives a cancellation waring. If you visit your website at least 2 times a month, you will notice it.

3. If no response form the client is received in 14 days a cancellation is proceeded.

And you don't even need to get 10 visitors per month. It is enough to have a fully uploaded website. To add, if you have ever clicked on the "Backup" icon on your cPanel and proceeded with full backup, all your files will be ready for restore even if your account was canceled and then reactivated.

well i never happen in my case
