The 200 posts have to be constructive.. as in having helpful content, to help other users here seek resolve to problems...

I don't have 200 posts yet but I'm willing to volunteer.
Not sure about the situation now but it took more than 12 hours for someone to response to my ticket with a standard cut and paste response.
I believe I can help more people better if I am able to.
I'm not a programmer by profession,= but I'm a 30yr old scientist and I do program my own software and know my way around stuffs somewhat.

The REQUIREments says 200 posts, NOT "if you are >18years old and know programming, then feel free to try to become a volunteer"
