I can't give you an accurate answer on the paid hosting end as I myself am still new here. Like you I claim to be trying out the freebies before I commit to paying. I have also posted in the show case my paid for site (hosted elsewhere for now since I just found these guys).

My 1 problem is the email system on the free hosting. But when I implemented a good work around and the fact this is a free "as is" service. I'm happy so far. Money is my only reason I haven't stepped up to paid hosting here yet. First chance I get I will upgrade as I expect my 1 problem to vanish and am curious about the quality of service they offer.

there is no one day support ticket restriction on paid host and there is no review and you get lot more and faster server.

Exactly - this is a free service, and they do say that you get what you pay for!

This is probably just to stop the free users from spamming out the admins when they have to give priority to the paid users.

The volume of ticket on free host is overwhelm the help desk so we have to do something to deal with it.

My experiance with the free hosting and the associated help desk have been great. If I have an unrelated issue to my first ticket, it can wait 24 hours to be submitted as it's own ticket. Thank you 000 Staff. This is by far the best free hosting company online!
