I write NS1 and NS2 in domain panel
ns01.000webhost.com
ns02.000webhost.com

In hosting Control Panel I upload my site in root/public_html folder, and site not work. All file is in .html type

You will have to wait until the DNS propagation has occurred. It takes a while for the world to know what computer your website it on. All you an do is update the nameservers and wait for a while. it will likely work in a few hours.

To further this... Few hours depends on where you're located. It can take up to 48 hours in same cases. I know with my domains, they're normally working and attached to an account within an hour, however I've had to wait 12+ before.

Patients is the key to webhosting.

If you still can't see it try to clear your cache or do a DNS flush.
