Default Excessive downtime on server13. - 07-10-2008, 11:02 PM

My website, ploxed.com, has recently been experiencing a large amount of frequent downtime. I would just like to let you know so the problem may be addressed, and the proper uptime could be sustained.

I just did after you replied. Is it normal to have this much downtime, or is the uptime usually reliable?

Edit: I have received a response to the ticket I submitted, and they told me that the problem has been addressed.

If they have adressed it, it most likely was some downtime. Currently downtime is a little common because of so many users and resources being used on one server.

And I would like to add that the trouble ticket response time is actually pretty quick. I know that some tech supports say that they will respond in 24 hours and that doesn't actually happen. It hasn't been the case with 000webhost, regardless of whether or not you are a free or paid member.

Server13 is active and we are adding tons of new users here every day. 5000 or more users are accessing server at the same time and it is making some reliability problems. Please give some days and you will see things will calm down giving you superb uptime.
