My account got suspended for excessive CPU usage and now your trying to extort money out of me to reactivate it. Seeing as I never got a warning about this before I think it's very unfair for you to do this to your users. If I had gotten an email warning I could have resolved the issue, but seeing as I didn't I had no clue it was using so much CPU resources.

It was a simple wordpress blog, no more than 50-100 hits a day.

Just submit a ticket in your member area. Explain what happened and they will sort it out for you.

They won't. They want you to pay for hosting. I already deleted the site and moved my backup to another web host.

If you didn't then you don't know if they would do it for you

I guess they thought your site was putting too much load on the server then. I haven't seen too many cases like this one though. I've been here for over six months and haven't really had any problems with my wordpress site.

Overdoing it with the plugins is often a big culprit, especially the 'auto-blogging' one

Try swapping some of them in and out till you find the one causing the overload, when you know what the problem is then maybe a workaround can be found.
