Angry My comment/suggestion to 000WebHost - 10-23-2011, 08:34 PM

Okay, well it started last night while I was on my site working in my Control Panel. I just opened my site a few days ago. I clicked on a page and it said it had a server error, to wait a few seconds and refresh the page. I did, suddenly there was a bunch of PHP errors all over the page. I opened File-Zilla and connected to my site, the Public.Html was gone. I signed in here and checked its status, "Suspended for trying to send Mass Mail". I never tried, so I asked all my admins, one said he did about the upcoming update on the site we were working on, so I told them about it. Well, I didnt get a reply before I went to bed so I got off. When I awoke this morning and checked it, it was now suspended for using IP.Board. I checked the Ticket and it said I was suspected of using a nulled version, and it was against there TOS, in the TOS it states you cannot and it is not allowed even if you upgrade, and in an E-Mail they sent me they will not unsuspend an account unless you buy premium, well like I said, its not allowed if they have premium either. Also I have the full version too, but really, they are just trying to take my money it seems. Here is proof I have the full version.

I believe you, but thats not really proof. A quick google search could have provided that. Its not that we don't want you to be happy, its just too hard to check every license, so therefore its not allowed.

It says nulled software, I have the full version, and they closed it.

Thing is , the Administrators do not have time to waste checking that you have legitimate files and scripts. Therefore , if it looks bad then you get blocked, simple as that!

Next time just read the TOS before you do anything else!
