I have been on this forum for awhile now and there is only one staff member that comes on alot to help, so i suggest more active staff members

Myself and Bad Karma try to help out as much as we can on the forums. Although not part of the support team, d3iti (a Mod) also does a great job.

The main reason we don't have much staff on the forums is simply because it's not our primary method of support. The whole idea of the forums is more for the community of 000webhost
