Hello Everyone,
Re: Hosting your own domain name
I was using Mindzplay as my website provider and practice management site. However, there is only so much that I can do as far as website design so I decided to build one on my own. Yes, I am a complete novice but I'd rather have exactly what I want and need for my website instead of settling, even if it takes me learning how to get the final product up and running myself.
Anyway, no dis-respect to the company it served it's purpose as a practice management site. Right now I need to transfer my domain name to this server name. I sent this information to their client care department:
ns01.000webhost.com 208.43.152.32
ns02.000webhost.com 64.120.10.10
You can also point your domain ("A" DNS record) to IP 31.170.161.158
Website Details
Access your website at
http://trueserenitymassagetherapy.com
Access your website with www.
http://www.trueserenitymassagetherapy.com
Website IP address 31.170.160.105
Server name server41.000webhost.com
The rep says this is not the information they need to transfer the domain name.
My question is, is there anyone else who has used Mindzplay service before and have transferred your domain name to with 000webhost? If so, please tell me what steps you took to transfer the domain name.
Otherwise, please tell me if I am giving incorrect informaiton, webhost forums says to contact the registar that hosted my website; I did just that. 000webhost/forums

says I would need this information to transfer now it's not doable for the other company, what should I do to fix this situation?
