It's been two days since I registered, I find it hard to edit the site because it is slow and frequently disconnetion

Mine's been disconnecting every 15-20 minutes since I registered and set it up..
It's becoming rather frustrating right now...

Just went up about 10 minutes ago..and is already back down....what gives?

My FTP connection is really good
idk if thats what your talking about but my website is also fast

Not sure what you're talking about..had a site up 2 weeks with this company and I almost never could connect to it.. FTP is smooth for about the 1st 15 minutes, then locks up in a disconnect and stays that way... The site itself had 95% downtime...

yeah that happens to me too but all you have to do is click connect on your ftp client

it brings you to the first page ( where you see public_html folder and just locate the same place you where in before it froze up

Thats not the issue.. It disconnects and I can't access my site at all for HOURS...


I know how FTP works.. Ive used it plenty, and I know it doesn't cause a whole site to be inaccessible...
