I need to know if I have a blog and 35 students that suscribed to it. How can I send 35 messages to all them without violating the hosting rules (TOS rules). If the server of the web site does not allow me to send 35 messages to my students, which is it utility? and what is real spam?

You could always find a third party mail service to send out email. If you don't really care about having the domain extension, you can use gmail to send your mail.

When a simple email list is unfairly considered a spam?
Why if my subscribers voluntarily wish to receive notifications this is considered bulk mail, mass email or spam?.
