first i want share my experience with you , and you will decide what you want

i setup my website based on pligg open source script since 2009 , i was driving lots of traffics i had 20.000 users a month , until last few days was no problem , was ranked 100.000 in alexa and growing more and more , even 000webhost were putting their advert on my site without permission but i didn't mind , few days ago i decided to backup my database, i tried it from cpanel but it didnt work i dont know why the backup didn't appear, so i decided to export my database using phpmyadmin , every time i tried to export the file was not complete so tried more 2 times but was same then suddenly a message appear saying that my website was cancelled for abuse ( slow sql queries), without receiving any warning , means 000webhost wiped out everything without warning , without email , without nothing , 3 years has gone just like that, at least if i was doing porn or warez i would understand , i sent them ticket and their answer were always that i was in violations of TOS i read TOS and nothing indicated that attempted to backup database would get your website cancelled not even suspended, they told me to upgrade with host24.com and they would reactivate me , which what i did i upgraded to gold member for 10$ month but customer service of host24.com told your website was wiped out cannot be recovered you cannot even get the domain back to redirect to your users to new host ????? so i cancelled with host24.com as i have no reason to keep going with them.now 000webhost knowing i had high traffic they now redirect the domain name was using to their own main website you can chk by yourselves piki.host56.com

my advices for your guys if you have important website don't host it with 000webhost go get a vps , also dont try to backup your database you would get your website cancelled wiped out without warning , and after they would use your traffic for their own website ,becareful don't trust them

Your site was cancelled for having slow MySQL queries. I recommend you go lookup what that means before running here to complain

i am just relating my story for people who want learn from my experience

2 - your blablba don't impress me at all , read well my statement before blablbal
if backing up database generate slow sql queries than they should let people know about the risk , ok? you got it?

3 - they shouldn't mislead me to upgrade wit host24.com who them selves told me we don't understand why they did it , you got it?

4- complaining would mean i want my website back or something like that, even if i could get it back i wouldn't host my website with them even if they pay me, i'am sharing my experience that's it , next time read well before blablbalba

And that is purely coincidental. Your site was suspended because you had a script installed that was purely coded/managed causing slow MySQL queries.

PS, what do 'blablbalba'/'blablba'/'blablbal' even mean? I couldn't seem to find a definition for those in the English Dictionary?

Poor advice, spelling and grammer...

What you folks should do, if you have a really important site, that generates a lot of traffic potentially causing slow MySQL queries due to the size of the database (you kinda know where I'm going with this).

Don't buy a VPS, that's just too expensive and pointless just for a single website. Buy premium hosting.

p.s. Just between you and me, and maybe Gool too, try to back up your site and database more frequently than ONCE every 3 YEARS!

To tell a good story that people will keep reading and more importantly, understand, try to use paragraphs and pronunciation else it begins to look like blablbalba
And as mopedmaniac pointed out, never under estimate the value of regular backups.

Why didn't you have a backup? I backup my data using an external service every night and also take manual backups myself once a week.

You should always backup, backup and backup!

check it again i have 1 html code with redirection to swf VIDEO (hosted in other server) and swf video isnt a game

the html code is in lineagec1.comlu.com/ban2

the rest of page is just a index.php with redirecctions and a video to youtube nothing more
