Also, you don't necessarily need the auto installer to install services like Wordpress or MyBB.

You can set it up manually (use Google for tutorials).

I've a feeling it's very low priority, for me the actual script installation is the easy part, the more difficult aspects come after installation - custom mods etc

I agree. I think it's a lot of work with minimal benefits, impact. Would be nice to have one.

Problem is, the availability of that Auto Installer (Fantastico) is one of the 'selling' points on the main page: "Finally! We are the first free webhosting company that gives you access to Fantastico Autoinstaller."

That's good news. But it would be good if it would say "Soon! We will be the first free webhosting company that gives you access to a custom Autoinstaller." on the main page instead.
