Not sure with the file manager but if you use an ftp client it's really simple, drag and drop the lot in one go.
Filezilla ftp client is free and easy to use, follow this guide - [TUTORIAL] How to FTP to the 000Webhost Servers

This is really like creating a new domain. But I did only replace my older domain name to a new one. In this case should I upload all files again? This is almost same as creating completely separate site. But I did this using parking new domain for my older domain. I cant understand what's the different between parking and creating new account and domain.

You said it wasn't parked, if it was you tick the box as I said before and unpark it, then you said the domain had expired. You can always buy the domain again if it's still for sale.

I cant buy it again. So I got a free domain name. Can I park my new free domain name for my older .info site?

Can I get my site backup from an admin??

You can't park a new free domain ontop of an expired domain name, it wouldn't work. You can submit a support ticket from members area though.

Login to your dot.tk account and put ns01.000webhost.com and ns02.000webhost.com where it says nameservers.
