I just delete messages that do not respect the rules of the forum, which you should read and follow before writing to the forum. I've read the two messages I have deleted and I see that are equal to the third you've written (I should have deleted all according to the rules of the forum).

My main role is to moderate the forum and when I can respond to users who have previously read and respect the forum rules.

Your problems can not solve the moderator of the forum, first because if ever you read, understand and respect the forum rules, you will see that the question you write (I have suspended the account, I want my files back) can not be resolved in the forum and second because it is not allowed to write this type of forum posts (from the forum we can not fix these problems)

I did not ask you to unsuspend my account. I just agreed my fellow forum member about the way users are treated.

I don't think they treat users like trash but there was an incident where the mysql server had a problem (their fault, not mine) and while trying to backup 1MB database from phpmyadmin, something happened and my account was cancelled. Eventhough it was their fault, they never gave me the domain name back and they kept the account cancelled.

I think sooner or later every member gets suspended and then forced to upgrade or leave. They don't give you a warning, a chance to fix the issue or a proof if the so called "violation" happened at all.

If there was no violation your account would not have been suspended for excessive CPU usage. The system works very reliable, and if you cannot accept the fact that this cannot be tolerated on shared server then you might be better off getting a VPS or even dedicated server for your WordPress blog.

I was doing optimise operation from phpmyadmin then it said the database crashed.
I tried to delete it and recreate the database
but it failed and now my account was terminated.
I do have a backup if I am allowed to start from scratch

Where the heck in TOS does it say I can't use the optimise sql database function in phpmyadmin?

Ever since I joined 000web, i've read alot of these faulty drop claims and have not yet been convinced that they were nothing but appropriate. People believe they can do sneaky things with hosting stolen content or spam mail.
They provide what they claim in their ad. Better than most paid hosting, unless you abuse the servers. I'm glad that I got put on a stable server away from the flaky cheats and scam artists. If you don't like it, go pay for it elsewhere.

You're not paying any attention -- or you're an advocate of the company because of a relationship -- and your comment has nothing to do with what we're talking about here.

000webhost.com "suspends" (i.e., actually cancels and deletes all content) any account that does not receive a threshold of traffic, which is never officially communicated but sounds like a few dozen minimum hits per month via hearsay.

That of course has nothing to do with "flaky cheats and scam artists."

Your comment does no good -- and 000webhost.com continues to be silent on this major problem of claiming to notify, but never following through (or even attempting to diagnose the problem).

So maybe you're not an abuser. I also had another domain that was getting no traffic because I was trying to sell it. They deleted the account. They need active working accounts and not a bunch of people on servers without traffic. It's their servers and I still maintain that they may dictate whatever terms they wish. You had a learning experience. Always backup on your local machine. People fall down so they can learn how to pick themselves up. Evolution!
