You're evidently lonely, bitter, and possibly related to the company (or just needing an ego boost). I am awaiting their response to the trouble ticket, and ignoring anything from you going forward.

please you didnt answer my question
how did you backup your site (using what method oftware or a script)
also the ticket system can take up to 48 hours to respond so please be patient.
i know about troubles as i had experienced some myself but i hope nothing bad will happen to your site.

It is clear that several people have experienced sudden deletion of their site. There maybe some with bad intent, or just lack of care, who then shrug and go on to the next server.
Others have an honest conviction that they didn't do anything wrong, and either vent their anger, or try to make clear that there is something wrong in the system.

Unfortunately, the general reaction to that is either "I have never had a cancelation, so you MUST have done something wrong" (not looking at any evidence... it is like saying: "I crossed the road keeping my eyes closed, without being hit by a car, so I don't know why you are complaining about that blindfold")
The other reaction is: "Our servers are perfect, our abuse detection system can never be wrong, and whatever else you tell me I can't hear as I have my fingers in my ears and go LALALALALA"
This is overstating it, but it is the general tenure.
