To me in any moment nobody has told me I have to say or what I haven't to say. The day someone tells me what I have to say, I go out out and problem solved.

Repeated complaints from some users, make me suspect that perhaps they come from other web hosting competitive, if not, I do not understand how anyone could waste his/her time (unless he/she are charging this time from another company).

The initial question of this thread I have to answer my opinion: As a user of a 000webhost account, I have never seen in the Terms of Service, they have to warn you that an infringement.
I'm sorry if this sounds too critical, but again you are not responsive to the issue being discussed. We are talking about 000webhost claiming to send out email warnings in advance of account cancellation (e.g., for not having enough visitors to the hosted site), while we are also saying that no one ever receives these supposed emails.

I can see that you will not be giving any further insight. I do have a trouble ticket out with 000webhost.com support, and will report back with the reply (if I receive any), for the benefit of people other than you who are actually interested in getting an answer to this major problem.

This tone is getting rather disgusting.

People are pissed off and disappointed. I can copy all that last five days' tickets here. You don't feel responsible and neither do those who "answer" tickets. Who can we turn to? I just want other people to know what they can expect here.

Well said. The entire entry point of 000webhost's business model is to turn profits by pleasing customers who use free hosting first. The attitude (if I'm perceiving it right) is unsustainable for the venture, or anyway, unprofitably incompetent.

In case I created several accounts just for testing, sometimes I got email notification
from 000webhost.com, asking for cancelling my account due to inactivity. They are not
enforcing to cancel my account. After receiving such email notification, when I logged
in members area, I can see two check boxes next to domain name, asking whether to keep
my account or not. At least, they are giving me an opportunity to express my opinion.

I am not speaking on behalf of 000webhost.com. I am just telling my experience.

I'm glad to see that you've had better experiences that some of us have.
I'm sure you would have a different a opinion if you accounts were closed down all at once. This has happened to a lot of us here. And we have to options: pay or leave. When asking for help in tickets they repeat a "copy paste" text every time. And that is done under the "Get help" button.
