OK, if I send you the 2000 files of Wordpress, will you be able to tell me what causes server overload?

And why no second chance? Users don't have a chance to correct errors, unless they pay. I would understand this, if it happens multiple times, but not like this.

Furthermore, I'm very sure the serves generates an error message which could be sent to the user as a help to correct the error.

Instead, all this "free" host wants their users is to pay.

Wordpress doesn't cause many load on servers, what causes more are the plugins and that you should read about them before you install.

Complaining about a TOS violation is not a good way to get help. For those of you that are agreeing with him, and think he should have gotten some kind of warning, go back and reread the TOS. You agreed to them when you signed up. In case you don't know where to find them look http://www.000webhost.com/includes/tos.php. Many people tick the little box agreeing to something without ever actually reading it. Bad practice, that can get you in to all kinds of trouble. IF you read the TOS you will see #3 in the most important rules clearly states

No mass mailers / spammers (account will be automatically suspended if you will try to send mass mail), so if your software supports such feature, disable it right now.
To the site admins, may I suggest you also make the TOS accessible from either the accounts page or the home page. I had to click the button to find or get back to them.

It looks like Shock quoted mass mailing as an example. The post that started this thread didn't mention any reason for leaving. Which makes it a rather useless post, of course, apart from the poster venting frustration.
That the thread wandered off to the topic of automated, unannounced, unchecked, deletion of websites shows that all know what one of the major problems of this site is.
Even if that automated mechanism is triggered by the users site doesn't mean that the user is at fault, or even the software in his part of the system.
With the level of upkeep of the servers, it may very well be outdated components, bad configuration, or lack of maintenance.
If that is the case, you can fix the problem, or offer the user a workaround (no, not by referring to the payed service).
When server causes can be ruled out, you can give the user a chance to stop the buggy software, or to stop the activity that caused the problem, and give a second chance.
Maybe this way someone with bad intentions is pampered a little too much, but those would have expected the canceling of the account, have a back-up, and blithely create a new account to try again anyway.
A free service that is only throttled, and gives a fair reflection of what the payed service will be, is a better advertisement than a broken service, where at every hiccup the user us either blamed of abuse, or told to be stupid to think a free host would provide all that they advertise to be there, and directed to the paid host variant.
Which brings us back to the original, somewhat unclear post: In those cases, people WON'T get the payed service here.
