Disclaimer: This is my personal thought about 000webhost base on what I see and it is not the official words.

000webhost is the best free hosting and in some area it is even better then pay host and here are the pros:
. Creating an account here is very quick normally, I had mind create less than a day
. Creating web site here is almost instant and you can have as many as you want with 1.5G of disk space each and lot of band width. No web hosting including pay host that can match this feature that I can see
. There is no ads any where and you can have any script install baring some restriction in the TOS

Here are the cons
. Since creating account is so easy it is open for abuse
. Since creating web site is so easy and fast it is open for abuse
. There are some limitation like you can't do perl or cgi-bin

What do you think?

Text Files unviewable
Amazingly annoying PhP errors
only 2 mb upload via php
only 5 mb upload via ftp
sometimes, even if your file is 2mb, uploading via ftp fails, but limit 5mb!!!
tons of "server is busy" errors
MySQL errors are annoying

Please be fair and specific and the rest might due to heavy load and you will get that any where even pay host.

PS
Are you sure there is nothing you like regarding this wonderful free hosting?
Perhaps you should look at pay host to see you get what you want!

How would people know what you think about how good this service and keep that good service if you too lazy to say them. The good service that you like and never have time to say then those good services might just go away.

Website offline most of the time.

I am now waiting since 4 days to access my FTP and PHPmyadmin to retrieve my files and databe and never ever come back.
Worst hosting company ever.

When I ask for my files I get a message similar to "server under ddos attack (so what?! my problem?) if you are not happy with that, get a paid hosting".

I am pretty sure these guys put theyre servers offline to get new "paid hosting" contracts.

If you have ever tried to block a ddos attack, you would not be quite as harsh, especially as widespread a one that this one is according to admin.

If you use 1-Click Website Restore feature, it takes 1 click to setup your website here, could it be easier? And it has no any limits for file size, etc.
