If you are running a free sitemap generator off your computer or elsewhere, be aware that you may be banned (at least temporarily) by the server mistakingly, especially on the Free Hosting account, as this may be interpreted as spam. On small sites this might not be a problem, but medium+ sites may need to throttle your settings (or avoid altogether) to avoid any problems that might be experienced.
