you can't blame them for running security measures. Anytime you run free hosting you have to set up some kind of parameters.

I wants to donate them but their hosting is not good to donate 000webhost have many troubles & if you need a honest free donation supported hosting heres the link www.sqweebs.com .

Please look at their FAQ and they have very similar and may be more restriction there.

You need to read carefully their FAQ, TOS and they have ads every where and require you to put ads on your site.
