I have rececntly posted a very negitive comment about 000webhost taking to long on website review and still no help, even after i send like 5 support tickets! How much do i have to do to get such a little favor like that?

If your not going to help maybe you should hire some more staff that will or just give up beacuse i bet ther is many people with the same problems i have!
Why lie and say its tyhe most reliable service when you don't help at all one bit!

As you may know 000webhost has less staff members & they have to help each person (1000000000000000000000000000000s) of people asks for help at the same time so its not easy task to help them but still everyone gets reply to his/her support ticket within 24hrs!
If you wants a better service you can upgrade to premium hosting at any time!
but if you still wants 000webhost then you should consider donating some money coz it'll help 000webhost.

We never delete any negative or positive comments.
The more tickets you send the longer you will have to wait for reply.

i didnt voilet any rules, i was commenting on how long they leave people waiting, and plus i didnt get any reply at all from a support ticket, i have not sent many! I want to get using my site again, right now im temporarly using a diffenrent host but it has forced ads and i want 000webhost back.

000webhost is free, great people here volunteer to help. I've never had a problem getting an answer for help and have been here too long for free about 6 months +- learning etc.

If you could have included your problem in your post above I know that any of the above posters even me would be glad try to help.

I didn't read yours, but I do know. my first few months as newbie,

I know a few of my posts may have shown a little frustration, but my problems were not anyones fault but my own.

Learning and not knowing what I was doing, looking back I know it was because I was a newbie and I messed up.
One (img src= or one letter wrong ) a mess.
I'm slowly getting there.

I'm not a pro at all,
I would try, searching for your post of your problem,
I know would take me too long to find it, original catagory your first posted etc.

000webhost really is a great free site, most if not all help here are volunteers wanting to help.
We all have been there,

Once you get your sites going you will get A1 when you upgrade.
000webhost is the best free service for anyone learning.
