If you visit my site you may see that to get to my forum you need to click on the Forum tab in the menu, then click on another link on the Forum page to access my forum. What I want to do is go straight to the Forum as soon as I click the Tab, rather than going to the next page and clicking the link.

Change your button URL to point directly to
http://www.dietingandhealth.com.au/phpBB3/
This way it will not point to
http://www.dietingandhealth.com.au/1_4_Forum.html

I tried pasting that link into "Edit HTML Source" and nothing happened. Mayby a script in the same position! I do not know.

And yes Bad Karma was right I am using Website Builder.

The thing is that you can´t directly link or edit the links the tabs are pointing at. So your probably best shot would be putting a link to your forum on the page the forum tab links to
