I am receiving an error when trying to sign into database.
Here is the error:
Cookies do not appear to be enabled on your browser client. You will not be able to install the application with this feature disabled. Alternatively, there could also be a problem with the server's session.save_path. If this is the case, please consult your hosting provider if you don't know how to check or fix this yourself.
Any help would be appreciated.

Try these options:

1. Go to the tools menu in internet explorer
Select internet options and then the privacy tab;
Raise the setting to at least Medium-High
clear cache
Restart internet explorer

2. switch to firefox

3. if you have a cookie blocking internet security program installed on your desktop (like ZoneAlarm, etc. ) disable them for the installation

4. go to http://forum.joomla.org/viewforum.php?f=506 and search for the problem

Hi guys!

I just uploaded the latest version of joomla.
When i try to open the webpage to install it, I got an error message saying:

Fatal error: Class 'JInstallationModel' not found in /home/a4811787/public_html/installation/installer/controller.php on line 161

Did I something wrong or what's the problem?

Don't know what your version mentioned above...
Try download Joomla 1.5.13 Full Package. or just find the patches.
