I am having a problem with CAPTCHA images at my forum during the registration. The image doesn't appear and potential new members are not able to register because they can't see the image and type in the validation code. The audio provider of the image's text doesn't work so well as well, it is even able to crash IE6. And instead of playing it with the QuickTime plugin, it is required to be downloaded and played locally.
I already submitted a support ticket a couple of days ago, but I'm not getting any response. My account is a5935875. The domain is http://www.chaos-project.com, the forum is at http://forum.chaos-project.com .
The forum engine is SMF without any modifications related to the registration process. Can anybody help me?

BTW, I've noticed the same problem on a few other free webhosts before as well, but never on a paid webhost so far.

it must be an error of the catpcha script, if you want to see it, i have some captchas on mi website (download area - http://seunwebmaster.890m.com/?id=descargas )

In the reply in my support ticket I got the answer that the server wouldn't support that feature right now, but it works sometimes and sometimes it doesn't. Anyway, here's the code (it doesn't fit in so I uploaded it). As I said, I haven't changed anything.
