Thumbs down help : importing xml file on wordpress - 03-07-2010, 03:20 PM

hi,
i have installed wordpress on my account successfully, but when i want to import an xml file content, i keep having this message :

PHP Error Message

Parse error: syntax error, unexpected $end in /home/a3368337/public_html/wp-admin/import/wordpress.php on line 766

and what should i dow?

Please try disabling analytics code: http://members.000webhost.com/analytics.php and try again as it may be conflicting.

There is one added to your site automatically, unless you already disabled it then it is most likely the error.

i did disabled the code but still having the same probleme when i want to import the xml file.
any other solution

Transfer the database using phpmyadmin instead.

i tried to upload it via phpmyadmin but it dosent work. the xml file was not uploaded...!!?

No, you cannot upload the xml file, you need to export the database via phpmyadmin from your old host and then upload the database here, it will be in sql format.
