I followed http://video-tutorials.host56.com/Jo...ep-5/index.htm and got joomla installed, went to administrator folder to enter the back end and then it hit me; what was the username and pass? I blindly followed the instructions like a drone and had no memorized or made note of. So I went to the tutorial again thinking It would show when it asked for that info and that might jog my memory, but no.

I have the admin email and admin email password
I have the MySql username, host, and password

and all s**t I now know what I entered wrong.

It needs to be admin for user and the admin e-mail password.

I will still post this because it might help someone else.

ok to change the password you need to go into your 000webhost control panel then to phpmyadmin

locate the database and edit the "Table: jos_users" you can change the password again once you login to joomla admin end
