Get this now.

Had originally the error, "cannot move files" then this. Well I chmod the tmp directory on the server trough cpanel then net2ftp to finally check the box and press chmod and set all permission to 777 (all boxes clicked[9]). I also installed the system - legacy module. This was done by going to the back end of jooma normally domain.com/administrator and logging in, then clicking on pluging manager and checking the box next to system legacy and clicking "Enable".

After this I go back to the main screen in joomla's admin area and click Extension---->install browse find the joom!fish .zip file then upload. It shows uploading X% at the botton left corner and then a while later the screen goes blank and nuthing else? that's it!

FYI I am going to to chmod 777 the plugins folder and also the modules folder see if that helps any.
