Ok I dont know how to install a theme and when i do the Themes and Layouts and has this. How do I get it off?

Go to ftp, navagate to the themes folder, right click, go to chmod and set it to 777

Go here: http://smartftp.com download and install the free version.

Once you have that, go to your 000webhost control panel, scroll down to the files category, and click on view ftp details. Then go to smartftp and put in those details. Once youve done that, navigate to public_html/themes and right click on it. Go down to the thing that says properties/chmod and click on it. In the box type 777
