Many CMS and framework are now required PDO to run and I just want to let you know that there is very likelihood that PDO will be enable for free hosting on 000webhost in the future but keep in mind since there are so many servers it will take time to install this feature on all servers so please be patient and keep a look out for it if this feature interest you or you have ask about it in the past.
