I uploaded some files at 000webhost, in public_html. How can I download it by a direct link in my browser? My domain name is z-ro (www.z-ro.com).
I tried like this : www.z-ro.com/public_html/at/filename.txt, but it didn't work.
I tried this way too : 64.191.3.101/public_html/at/filename.txt, but didn't work.

How can I download it?

If the files are .exe files, then they are not allowed, you have to zip them up, it is for security reasons.

Well you can use a FTP client like Filezilla to download you files.

they're .rar .txt and .cpf

so public_html is root directory you must exclude this directory in address.

example
uploadfileto : public_html\download\myfile.zip
addresstofile : <yourdomain>\download\myfile.zip

so just replace \public_html to your full domain

if your meant to have a download server or just simple doc server for your own purpose than you can also try http://autoindex.sourceforge.net/ so you can also protect your file list with username and pass
