having some issues with the thumb nails previewing on my wordpress template due to permission restrictions. i set up all theme file permissions to 755 as suggested as well as a 777 for the cache folder (per the wp creator).

sorry for the laundry list of stuff but i'm a print designer so giving to much info is better than not enough. anybody know a solution and can dumb it down to kindergarten level for me. if i left anything out or you need more info let me know.

this was the list of errors from the support forum from the person that created the wp template.
A TimThumb error has occured
The following error(s) occured:

Could not find the internal image you specified.

Query String : src=http://www.method-designs.com/wp-content/uploads/2011/10/COMP4.jpg&w=940&h=390&zc=1&q=90
TimThumb version : 2.8

......and this is his recommended solution
Contact your host manager for more details if you have no idea with it

Or you might want to have a try with using URL instead of PATH by removing line 499 in ../folioway/core/classes/class.template.php

This may, however, not work, if your host has a strict security policy applied.

The script is trying to access the folder /usr/local/apache/htdocs/www/ as your root directory, which is not correct, it needs to be accessing what it says under Home Root in your control panel, something like /home/a******/public_html

so it's a script issue not a permissions issue. how do i redirect the script to pull from where it needs to? what to i did to adjust in the code? i'm new to all this.

the weird thing is even though it doesn't show a thumbnail of the image, if you were to click on the thumb nail, it would expand and show the image. so the script half works. you would think it would work a 100% or not at all.
