I want to create another page in my website which would have a forum on it....Can anyone help me how to proceed?

Like this www. mywebsite.com/forum? Create a folder in file manager or using an ftp client called forum. While in cpanel also create a database by clicking the mysql icon (save the details from there somewhere)
Download a free forum, smf or phpbb3 or whichever free forum you find. Unzip it on your own pc and upload it into the folder you created called forum.
Go to your site and follow the instructions using the details you got when you created the database.

Which file should I upload? The entire unzipped package or any particular folder?

Why is it that today whenever I tried to upload anything, server connection gave me away (Google kept on saying 'The connection to www.blabla.tk could not be completed') ? I'm new to 000webhosting.....is this a regular issue or just for today?
