Hello,

I created the necessery database with MySQL, started Joomla installation, then at the STEP 4 : DATABASE, I enter all the necessery information and click NEXT, but then a " loading circle " appears and stays like that (loading) forever, with no change.
I tried different browsers many times, but still can not get past step 4 to STEP 5..

Can anyone please help?

ur database settings might me wrong . I had same problem due to wrong database

Your Databases might be incorrect and are you using the 000webhost.com Version's i would use Hosting24 witch i think is the cheaper company or Maiahost.com both cheap
