Do you have a preview for us?
Do you want any help with it? (i mean, not that I personally have time to help, I could provide some snippets etc, but I was thinking as for general)
Do you want any advices?

I think that making a CMS is a great way to learn and understand a programming language and security.
But be aware that there are a lot of work you have to do to make it work.
You need to decide what functions it shall have as a standard, and which functions that should be plugins.
You need to make a plugin system, a template system, user system etc.

Do you want a complete list of what we think a CMS should contain?
