I have quite a clear idea and example template of how I would like things to look, but just don't get around making it myself (at some point I will get it done ofcourse but in the meantime...).

It involves html5/css3/jquery/prettyphoto/smarttab etc, so a responsive design, whether or not evolved around a framework doesn't really matter to me. I've also been looking into XML CMS systems and found a few interesting items as well.

Hi, I thought the service would be you designing the site, providing a URL to the finished work and then you sending the file/folders and database to the client so they can upload it themselves.

It depends. I can do that if they use 000webhost.com and backup the website and then send them the backup file for them to upload. However, it would be much easier if they sent me the details so I could design it and upload any nessecary files straight to their server.

I've found a theme that pretty much looks and does what I want it to do so I can pass on the offer.

There's PSD's along for adjustments to the looks without problems.
So I will be spending some free time to tailor this to my needs and have some fun with the new theme.

i am trying install wordpress through 000webhost.com but its not work.........is there anybody to help me...........i did everything but at last it shows like this below msg :

This either means that the username and password information in your wp-config.php file is incorrect or we can't contact the database server at $mysql_host = "mysql1.000webhost.com". This could mean your host's database server is down.

•Are you sure you have the correct username and password?
•Are you sure that you have typed the correct hostname?
•Are you sure that the database server is running?
If you're unsure what these terms mean you should probably contact your host. If you still need help you can always visit the WordPress Support Forums.
