Bandwidth is monthly quota so if you exceeded then your site will be suspended until next month. There is also mass mail limitation where if you set your Wordpress to accept comment which is counted toward number of email send and if you exceed the email quota your site is suspended.

You will have to do this the long way, which I just tested for you...
1)Download the zip file in your browser and extract it.
2)Navigate through the extracted files until you reach the folder containing screenshots 1-10
3)Using FileZilla open the path /public_html/wp-content/plugins/
4)Create the FOLDER "wp-mobile-detector" on the server and open it
5)Upload the folder "admin" then "themes" and the rest of the files
6)Errr... no more steps, open the wp admin panel and click plugins!
7)Add some positive karma
