oh crap! I've fix the error! lolz! if anyone might encounter this, follow these instructions:
you must change the file permission (CHMOD).

How to CHMOD (change permissions) of some file ?

The easiest way to chmod files (change permissions) is using FTP client. Log on to your FTP account and select all files/directories you want to change permissions for. Right-click selected files and select File Attributes (in Filezilla) or Properties (in most of other FTP clients) menu. You will see some numbers like 644 or 755 (for example) in file attributes window. Change these numbers to any value you need (777, for example) and click OK button to confirm changes.

You can also change file permissions by using File Manager which is located on your cPanel.

1. You can't CHMOD files without going to your Control Panel and do "Fix Files Ownership Permissions"
Everytime you install a new template. module, component, plugin you need to fix it again.
2. Then you can CHMOD files permissions to 777 using a FTP client (FileZilla recommended)

Now about Adsense module.
I always ask - why anybody needs it? Would be glad to hear opinions!

I never use it for my Adsense ads. Instead I just create a new module, assign a position and that's all.. sorry not all.
BEFORE creating a module for putting Adsense code inside you have to go to Global Configuration and turn OFF WYSIWG editor. Save.
Then go to modules, create a new module and put Adsense code into text field. Save.
Now it's all.
