hi all, I'm new here....
I have installing moodle but I get 2 big problems.
1. extension=php_openssl.dll (must enabled)
2. extension=php_xmlrpc.dll (must enabled)
yeeahh!! I know that we can enable it by modify php.ini and it can be found in Configuration File (php.ini) Path: /usr/local/lib.
The problem problem is I Can't access that path (restricted by server for security reason).
please help me how to enabled that php_extension or how can I modify php.ini?

you must contact to the administrator to enabling these. BTW, what kind of your server do you host?
