anyone from the admins, could you check on this one?

i have registered a new account catering for a different genre, aside from this account. it has been a week already since i have registered. i have received the mail stating that i have successfully registered to the free service but when i try to access the new account it still indicates that the admins will have to activate for it for 24 hours, and it has been a week already.

i hope i get a positive response...
