...

*sigh*

I used to have two other account deleted earlier because of inactivity, and I can accept that since they gave me some notification. But getting THIS account canceled without any apparent reason and without any notification... that's quite harsh (assuming that I didn't do anything wrong against 000webhost's TOS).

If the admins/webmaster would kindly give me any explanation (either via PM or e-mail), I would really appreciate it. I can somewhat understand if you're unable to 'undelete' it, but at least you could give me a good reason why you deleted it (since I believe I didn't break any rules here). Otherwise, people might think that there really are some malfunctioning in your system, or even security problem (i.e hacker able to peek at your account and deleted it... and you can do nothing to prevent it).

I agree with you redcat, we are in the same situation

Few months ago, i received an notification, and when i accessed my cpanel, there was an option to protect my account.

I didnt understand. It wasn't inactive. But no problem, i just click on the link and everything was ok.

But now, on last sunday, i tried to access my site and i was redirected to a 000webhost page error. When accessed cpanel to see what happened, it was just cancelled, no option to protect, no notice, NOTHING!

And it wasn't inactive again. I sent a ticket support just 7 days ago, and maybe, accessed cpanel some times after this.

And my site was accessed everyday by a lot of people.

I would like that an admin told us what 000webhost considers INACTIVITY.

They just say "sorry we can't recover"

Sorry for bad english

I had exactly the same problem - The helpdesk said that he cannot work on a free account - so i start to re-create all from scratch. ....And perhaps i discovered why my site dissappeared. My old site(free subdomain) was : lesvieillesbranches.890m.com and the newly created one is : lesvieillesbranches.comxa.com. - So maybe the killing of the free site was done because the free sites must go from 890.com to comxa.com

I've tried to use an option in cpanel to recriate or resetup (something like that) but it said "it was not possible"

Appears that nothing is possible here anymore

Ok, no problem if they want to change servers or subdomains, but send us an email or give us any kind of notice

And after 8 days....no explanation of 000webhost staff
