Unfortunately, No.

One week earlier, I also had some problem accessing my account. The server said something about IP problems or something and offered me to update the IP address link. So I did. Then I received an email containing my account's IP address update link. That time, my domain was still there, and I still able to upload and download files using ftp.

But today, not only I got a "404 error" message when I tried to browse it, I also could not access it from my member account. It's really gone, as if someone had deleted it (but I'm 100% sure I didn't delete it, and I'm the only one using my own computer in my home).

I really hope that the problem was only about IP-blocking, and not server-related (such us disk malfunctioning or something).

Anyway, thank for your quick response. I really appreciate it.

Did you violate any terms in the terms of service?

I did not. I only use it for normal purpose, not for adult content, phissing, mass mailing, sharing/download script, paid surf, or any other abuse.

I've used this site for quite a long time. If I had violated the TOS, the admin should have deleted my account since long time ago, right? Besides, there should be a notification for any account deletion (for example : your account canceled because of mass mailing, or any other reason). I didn't get any notification at all. That's why I'm confused.

I hope the admin could find some way to resolve to this problem.

Same for me

After 1 year of hard working on my website, my account has been deleted without any apparent reason..no warning..nothing (and never violated TOS)

And staff don't give any explanation. Just says that can't recover my files

Are you killing all *.890m.com accounts? o.O
You could send at least a notice and give us a chance to save our work

Sorry for bad english

@CarlosHenrique--> I see....
So, I'm not the only one here.

Still, I really hope that the admin could give us some explanations.
Otherwise, some people might see this "phenomena" as a bad precedence.

if your account is set to be cancel due to inactive meaning you did not login to your cpanel and "protect" your account from being "cancel" then it is too late now after it is "cancel" and gone.

I'm not sure what you meant by 'inactive', but I was still able to upload files to my website several days ago. So, I don't think it's about inactivity.

And hearing about DDOS attack and the hard disk crash in the announcement thread, I'm starting to worry that there was some kind of corruption in the server's file system. But I really hope that was not the case.
