that´s part of the default.php page that is there by, erm..the name might have given it away, default. If you want to install your own forum then you are free to do so. Upload the forum, install it and then run it. I guess you are trying to install your forum in a sub-directory like /forum or something, right?

the forum should have an index.php which shows once the forum has been installed. On top of that remove the default.php page
