I recently signed up for your free web hosting. I am planning to do a blog relating to sports. Can I design my own website using Front Page and then upload it? Thanks for any help.

Yes, that's fine. You are able to do that.

I recommend using FileZilla to upload, as it will be much quicker than the regular File Manager.

if your making a blog, or anything dynamic, you kind of need to write it in php, and Frontpage isn't much of a php editor, but you can try.
i would suggest you just install a blog script, and modify the heck out of it.
