Parse Error

I am about to tear my hair out trying to get this website up. PLEASE HELP ME!

I designed a website through iWeb and tried to publish it directly, but every time I visit the site I see

Parse error: syntax error, unexpected T_STRING in /home/a5807085/public_html/Barry_Shafrin/index.html on line 1

So then I saved my website to a local folder on my computer, and tried to upload that directly through this site. Yet the same error still occurs.

I am not savvy enough to comprehend what this is trying to tell me! Someone please help me fix my website!!!

could you please post the first 20 lines or so of your index.html?

i just deleted and reuploaded all my content, but still same error.
this is all that appears when i click "view" on the index.html

that site is useless, all it does is redirecting the visitor to the site Home.html
Besides that, can you also post the first 20 lines of Home.html and a link to your site please?
